We are passionate about discipleship and pouring into new leaders and those who have a heart to serve.
We have 9 and 12-month intern programs at Fusion church. We firmly believe this time will be transformational in your life and journey with God and from beginning to end, we are committed to providing an excellent internship experience that will launch you into your future as a follower of Christ.
Passionate individuals aged 18-29 looking to gain experience that will propel them into a future of ministry and living a vibrant life of a believer for years to come. Whether you’ve been to ministry school, traditional University, Bible College, or you are straight out of High School, this program will build on the ministry experience you have and take you to the next level. You’ll receive hands-on experience in a real church environment and grow in your walk with Christ + your chosen ministry path.
The next Internship season begins Spring 2024! We are also taking applications for Fall 2025.
All Internships will take place on-site at Fusion Church in Greeley, Colorado. If you're coming from out of state, talk to us about host home opportunities!

When
Activation
Throughout your internship journey, you’ll learn specific skills and have specified tasks for the ministry role you’ve chosen in addition to our core intern curriculum. You’ll meet with team leaders and key players in each specific area of church life to further learn and have a first-hand account of what these roles in ministry truly look like from day-to-day.
Learning
Required reading and any learning courses will be assigned at the beginning of your internship. Typically, this could look like reading two books per month and participating in two to three courses or classes throughout your internship. Topics will include general and spiritual growth as a believer, theology, practical leadership, life skills, and can include books on your chosen area of ministry.
Community
We believe having a vibrant Spiritual family and community is so important the life of a believer. Accountability and intentionality play a big part in healthy relationships! For however long you're with us, you will be surrounded and built up by the Fusion community. Additionally, there will be structured group community time with your fellow interns. We believe you'll make lifelong relationships here.
